Shipping and Handling

All Due North Leather Goods Co. products are handmade and made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks prior to shipping.  Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly afterwards providing your order details. Once the product ships, you will receive another email with tracking information.

  • $10.00 CAD for Eastern Canada (Film Products)

Returns & Exchanges

At Due North Leather Goods Co. we are committed to creating goods of the highest quality and
craftsmanship providing our customers many years of enjoyable use of our products. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Due North Leather Goods, you can simply return it for an exchange or refund provided it is returned within 7 days.
 
Returns or exchanges are available to all customers worldwide, however shipping, handling and all other charges such as duties are not Due North Leather Goods Co. responsibility. 

Items returned to Due North Leather Goods Co. must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition with the original label tags and packaging.  Returns that do not meet this criteria risk not being accepted and therefore void any return or exchange.  

A full refund or straight exchange with no additional cost to the customer will be in effect ONLY should one of our products exhibit a defect in materials. The customer is asked to send clear photos of the defect and provide a summary by emailing us.

PLEASE NOTE all our products that leave the shop go through a QC check that include photos and documentation.
